It is 15 minute mind exercise based on Open Focus™ theory. It dissolves the cramping feeling which is attached to the worrying thought (like a knot in the stomach, tightness in the chest, lump in the throat etc). After the exercise you will be able to think about a worry that you had, without actually feeling worried.
